· A Guaranteed number of guests is required 72 hours prior to your function. Please note that you will be charged for the number guaranteed, even if fewer people attend. We will be prepared for 10% of additional guests above the guaranteed number.
· A deposit is required for any function.
· All alcohol must be supplied by Rapallo's.
· Rapallo's will not serve an alcoholic beverage to any guest, we feel is intoxicated.
· Bird seed, rice, and confetti are prohibited. Unapproved decoration may result in an additional charge.
· If your attendance should increase or decrease from your minimum attendance, we reserve the right to assign tables or section more appropriate to the size of your group, and / or assess a room rental fee.
· Deliveries to Rapallo's for your function must be coordinated in advance. We are not responsible for unexpected deliveries or items left by your group after the function.
· All functions are a 4 hour maximum, you will be expected to depart at the departure time on your contract. Extensions beyond that time must be approved by Mgr. and may be subject to a room rental fee.
· You may be held responsible for damage to or theft of Rapallo's property by your group .
· Choices of extra side dishes and desserts must be the same for the entire group.
· Payment for all functions are due on the date of the function. A 5% discount can be applied if payment is in cash or check ( personal checks must be accompanied with drivers license and major credit card)
ISF on checks is subject to a $50 fee.
· All food and beverage sales are subject to a charge of .0575 sales tax.
· An 18% gratuity will be applied to every check.

If you agree to the information provided in this contract, acknowledge your acceptance by signature and date. Your reservation is not firm until we have received your signed contract and any required deposits.
